All Users are expected to abide by the general principles and Usage Policy of Fine Art Registry™ as outlined in the Fine Art Registry User Agreement and Usage Policy. In doing so, the discussion/message forums will prove to be a positive and enjoyable experience for all subscribers. Be advised that courteous and respectful postings are expected from all subscribers.

Messages posted to Fine Art Registry discussion boards by subscribers are solely the opinion and responsibility of the individual or representative posting the message. Fine Art Registry is not responsible for the content or messages posted by Fine Art Registry subscriber members. Keep in mind at all times, that you are responsible for your own posts.

Reasons for Immediate Post Removal and Fine Art Registry™ Suspension

The following types of postings are cause for immediate post deletion/removal, warning, or suspension from the site. Any one of the offending posts listed below, or any combination thereof, will result in immediate post removal and/or suspension. Other inappropriate postings not listed below may also immediately warrant removal and/or suspension from the site. Fine Art Registry reserves the right to remove any post and all threads relating to a particular post, without warning and without further notice.

• Posting Solicitations of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to merchandise, services, or commercial web sites, to include offers to trade, or solicitations for charities.
• Posting private personal contact information about another individual.
• Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats of violence.
• Posting material, graphic or otherwise, that is obscene, pornographic or adult in nature.
• Using JavaScript, active or other coding, making repetitive posts, or other actions that interfere with site operations.
• Posting material with the intent to impersonate Fine Art Registry representatives and/or staff or another member through the use of similar IDs or any other method or device.
• Encouraging others to violate Fine Art Registry policies and/or the Fine Art Registry User Agreement.
• Refusing to follow Fine Art Registry instructions.
• "Wanted" posts, “Classified Ad” posts or posting solicitations of interest in the sale of an item or service.
• Posting private emails.
• Posting material that in any way violates Fine Art Registry User Agreement or any other Fine Art Registry policy.
• Posting user ID's in a derogatory manner, posting URLs, web sites, or violating any other Fine Art Registry posting policy.
• Posting subscriber violations. To report suspected violations to Fine Art Registry policies, please see the “Contact Us” section of the web site.
• Only persons aged 18 or over may post to the boards, without regard to whether an adult actually owns the Subscription or parental/guardian permission.
• Reporters and third party representatives need permission from Fine Art Registry and Legal prior to posting or emailing members in their official capacity.
• Posting copyrighted items without the permission of the copyright owner.

Fine Art Registry™ may suspend any member from the boards and from the site who has been previously warned of Fine Art Registry policy violations, though we reserve the right to suspend a member immediately depending on the violation. A sanction or suspension of one User ID will apply to all User IDs of that subscriber. The use of false registration information or creating multiple accounts for use on Fine Art Registry discussion boards for the purpose of disruption or to avoid detection may result in permanent sanction or suspension of all associated subscription registrations.
