Complaint, Class Action Lawsuit against Park West Gallery (PDF)

On June 20, 2008, another class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court in Florida against the self-proclaimed "largest art gallery on the planet," Park West Galleries, Inc., Park West Gallery, which does business as Park West, and Park West at Sea.
