As promised, Teri carries on with her reading of Roy Saper's Notes. As discussed in Truth to Power video Part 3, Mr. Saper is a highly respected award winning gallery owner whose located in Michigan. He is very familiar with the tactics employed by Park West Gallery and has been for years. He took a cruise recently on one of the Norwegian Cruise Line ships and attended one of the "art auctions". He has provided Teri with a blow by blow description of what exactly occurs at one of these gala shams! He vividly describes the horrific condition of the alleged "fine art", in such shabby condition that "it looked as if it had fallen off the back of a pick-up truck!"
