There is a very mysterious character by the name of Bill Smith. Teri points out in this video that Park West Gallery does its very best to hide him away in a closet somewhere. With good reason, he was the person instrumental in arranging all of the acquisitions for Dali and Rembrandt sales. Secret sales of the Rembrandt plates are also discussed, along with a fabricated bogus provenance. So clever was the scheme that they also created a blind stamp and applied it to the "art". They NEVER disclosed any of this to the buyer!
