Teri gives us a quick education regarding RICO and just how Park West Gallery violates this statute. Her hours and hours of research of all the legal cases that PWG has been involved in and their underhanded business practices have resulted in mountains of evidence to prove organized crime in the social structure. She also reminds us that Park West has also involved her and Fine Art Registry® in Sharon Day and Julian Howard's case in the Michigan State lawsuit. This go round will include the author of the RICO statute, George Robert Blakey, as counsel for Sharon. Park West has once again sued FAR® for defamation. It seems that they just won't quit!
