Since Rodger Young is concluding his opening statement, Teri will conclude in making her case against it! Young continues by telling of Park West Gallery and their "stellar business" reputation. Claims that the company has had some serious "buffeting" partly from the economy but the lions share came from "That Table", dramatically pointing to Teri and her codefendants in the case! Then claims; "But when we finally stop them, Park West will be back the way it was!" Now there is a dreadful thought. He also states that the defendants claim that; "we are criminals and thugs." Very strange that he was allowed to make these statements, considering the Defendants could not even breathe the word CRIMINAL during trial. I wonder why? Teri continues to rebut point by point the ridiculous statements being uttered by the pretentious Rodger Young.
