The more that Teri reads this so called "Independent Contract Agreement", the more nauseated she becomes. No one should ever enter into this outlandish agreement! Everything in it favors Plymouth Auctioneering, Park West Gallery and all of it's sham subsidiaries. Teri asks the auctioneers; why would you want to continue to work for such a company? This contract is GARBAGE in every respect of the word. The contract contradicts itself all of the way through it, at one moment PWG is not involved and the next PWG has the right to sue you! Be aware that this document also waives your right to a jury trial when signed. This is the exact same tactic that is employed in small print on PWG customers invoices.Teri urges every auctioneer that is being bullied and threatened by PWG/Plymouth Auctioneering to contact her at any time for direction and instructive advice. Don't let your rights be VIOLATED!
