True to their unsavory business practices, Park West Gallery seeks to waive the right to a jury trial of any auctioneer that signs this disgusting contract. ALWAYS keep in mind that Plymouth Auctioneering IS Park West Gallery, they are ONE IN THE SAME! Teri states that; "they get you coming and they get you going and then turn you every which way, but loose!". Teri also discloses that the auctioneer that signs this contract MUST SUBMIT to a lie detector test and this at any time of Plymouth Auctioneering/PWG's choosing, for no apparent reason. They dispatch their legal bullies whose sole purpose is to instill fear. Teri also suggests that anyone who is considering signing this THING should contact either a lawyer or law enforcement first. And a special message to all of those auctioneers that work for PWG and are being threatened, don't let Al Scaglione bully you! In the end, he is a coward uses his underlings to exact his evil biddings.
