Teri has a lot more information that she wants to keep everyone up to date on. More bad news for Park West Gallery, as they complain to the court, asking for court costs and legal fees and once again DENIED. PWG is whining about the Class Action Suits and complaining about having the "Sword of Damocles" over their heads and not had a chance to DEFEND ITSELF! Six weeks of jury trial in Michigan weren't enough? Class action lawyers are seeking Leave to Amend Complaint to add new plaintiffs and Al Scaglione to their complaints.
