Sharon continues to expound on the stalling tactics employed by RCCL and attorney Hershel Fink. They have now appealed to the Supreme Court in Michigan in hopes that another four months will surely discourage the suit from going forward and that Sharon and all will just throw up their hands and give up. Not so claims Sharon Day! She is prepared to wait out however long it takes. It is very apparent that Royal Caribbean does not want discovery to take place!
