Over the last several weeks, Park West Gallery and its lawyers have managed to broadcast the most outlandish and amazing propaganda (always a twisted and perverted version of the truth) regarding what happened at the jury trial and their interpretation of Zatkoff's decision to vacate the jury verdict that we rightfully and fairly won. Paul Motter of Cruisemates recently published the following article containing an interview with Juror No. 1. This is the truth from the perspective of the Juror who sat through nearly six weeks of testimony. There's nothing like hearing from an eye witness who has no axe to grind and from one who actually weighed the facts and the evidence presented during the trial. You can't get much closer to the truth than hearing from one of the Jurors who diligently served. Park West Gallery does not want the public to know the truth because the light of the truth will expose them for what they truly are. It will be interesting to see how Park West Gallery will spin this one.

A Juror in the $46 million defamation lawsuit over alleged Dali forgeries speaks out after his verdict was nullified by the Judge. Last April a jury trial heard a civil case brought by the purveyors of art auctions on several cruise ships, Park West Galleries, accusing a Phoenix-based art company, Fine Art Registry, of defamation and asking for $46,000,000 in damages.
