Park West Gallery is linked to a slimy PR firm that hijacked the Fine Art Registry domain name by creating aboutfineartregistry.com, in an attempt to divert traffic to this pseudo site and then do all in its power to defame and smear the trusted trademark of FAR®. Adding insult to injury, they then touted the sterling virtues of Park West Gallery and their associates with links to their respective sites.

FAR was not about to take this lying down and through some very savvy friends, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the FAR Patent and Trademark Attorney, the investigation began in earnest.
