One might think that a certain respect and appropriate attitude should be due a person who has lived for 86 years. A man that has been a loyal patron of Celebrity Cruise Lines and of Park West Gallery, as well. You will be angered and astonished at the treatment and downright despicable behavior when you read this case study entitled, 86-year Old Victim of Park West Gallery, Park West at Sea and Celebrity Cruise Line Art Auction Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Deceptive Trade Practices.
In this extensive question and answer interview, you will be taken on a painful journey of over a year told by John Pfingsten’s daughter and power of attorney, Suzanne Pfingsten. She has been battling the Goliath’s, Park West Gallery and Celebrity Cruise Lines over return of monies spent on PW art that he has no memory of buying. Her father purportedly bought over 21 pieces of art while aboard Celebrity Cruise Millennium while attending Park West at Sea gala “auctions”. After being plied with free flowing alcohol, he remembers nothing about buying anything. If you can imagine going to any reputable company, say perhaps a new car dealer, and being encouraged to drink adult beverages until you can’t see straight, then having you sign a contract to buy 21 automobiles, I suggest you might have a problem with that. And to add insult to injury, you were informed the next day that all sales are FINAL and that you have no recourse but to try and pay for them from your weekly paycheck or your retirement income. Utterly loathsome!
I urge you to go to www.fineartregistry.com and become familiar with this astounding case study. Perhaps you will be able to save yourself or someone you know from a similar fate.
