Authorized Signature: J.C.Harringa... The Reference number is #1737. I would like to know more infomation on the artist and its value please. Restoration is needed and I would like to know if it's worth the investment to restore. The Professional Restorers at "WORK OF ART GALLERY" (Miami, Florida) said it seems to be valuable.
