Fine Art Registry® CEO Teri Franks Stands Her Ground!
Michigan Jury Trial Day 23 - Video Update
A long, amazing and excellent day at court! Teri was able to tell many of the details that she has uncovered over the past 3 years regarding the bad business practices and underhanded dealings involving Park West Gallery. Re-enforcing these facts in no uncertain terms was former auctioneer, Penny Tyler, traveling all the way from California to testify. Also, another of PW’s victims related a tale of his 25th Wedding Anniversary Cruise turning into a nightmare scenario after the purchase of fake PWG art. He received a refund eventually but at a great sacrifice causing him great stress and hardship. This witness while on the stand offered a heartfelt “Thank You” to Fine Art Registry and said that their help had saved his marriage. More great witnesses to come as FAR® begins to wrap up their case. Be sure to stay tuned for more of the latest updates!

There is an air of deep mystery that surrounds the film and has resulted in stolen artwork, missing originals, outright fakes and total misrepresentations. This puzzling story is explored in stunning detail in an article written for Fine Art Registry® entitled, Park West Gallery Presents Destino - But Do You Know What Are You Buying When You Buy the Destino Prints from Park West Gallery?
