The Editors

FAR helps artists sleep well at night — here's how
Yes, we want you to sleep well at night, knowing that new painting you finished yesterday, that sculpture that’s right now cooling down in the kiln, that scrimshaw that took so long to craft, is identified, registered and all set to go down through the ages without being copied, given a false ID, stolen without hope of recovery, questioned as to whether YOU made it, or otherwise abused. It will most likely outlive you but it will not outlive FAR.

So that’s a big part of it. Security in creation. But there’s another side to it which might also impact your nocturnal rest: SALES.

FAR is designed to add value to your work and increase your sales. WHO PAINTED IT? (or made it ) and ARE YOU SURE? are two very key questions in determining the value of any work of art. FAR ensures straight answers.

When your work makes it to the secondary market, its value will be that much higher. Your clients will thank you and probably buy more from you. Your new pieces will be worth more as a result. Again, you sleep better at night, this time having removed that other cause of sleeplessness: bills, expenses, money, finance, kids’ college, car payments and mortgage. Just what you don’t need to have drying up your creative juices and driving you to take sleeping pills.

Whether you have experienced this personally yet or not, FAR artists are enjoying these benefits every day. And yes, we are in trouble with the sleeping pill manufacturers but we can handle that. Register your artwork.
