The Editors New Brochure for TRANSFER of OWNERSHIP? In order to make it easier for you to get your clients to follow through with the Transfer of Ownership when you ship them your art, we have printed up a brochure for you to send out with it. This brochure will introduce your client to FAR and also spell out the simple steps needed to carry out the transfer. To make it even easier for you, we’re going to send you out the first 10 of these brochures free with your next order of tags. After that we will have them available for sale at a nominal price which is intended to cover the cost of printing. Your part of the deal is to send one (or more) of these brochures out with every piece of your art that you sell. And it would be great to send one out to past clients who you know have not transferred ownership of pieces they have previously bought from you. The brochure explains the importance of the transfer. Please start sending out this brochure with any shipments and let’s get your clients wised up about FAR and transfer of ownership. Everyone wins! The Fine Art Registry blog is catching on.
